Share from experience
Speak to what actually happened to you. Specific, first-hand accounts help other women make decisions; rumors and second-hand claims don't.
Protect privacy — yours and others'
Don't post another person's private details, and think carefully before sharing sensitive information about your own health in public threads.
Keep it respectful
No harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or personal attacks. Disagree with the experience, never demean the woman sharing it.
No medical advice
TrustHER community content reflects individual experiences and should not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No spam or self-promotion
Providers and businesses are added and verified by TrustHER. Don't use community threads to advertise.
