Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 2026
TrustHER is a place where women share personal experiences, so privacy is part of the product, not an afterthought. This page explains what we collect and the control you have.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored encrypted).
- Profile information you choose to add: display name, avatar, bio, city or ZIP code, and interests.
- Content you create: posts, comments, saved items, and reactions.
- Basic usage analytics so we can understand which features help.
What we never do
- We never display your email address publicly.
- We never sell your personal information.
- We don't ask for or store detailed medical records in your profile, and we ask that you don't include sensitive health details there either.
Your visibility choices
In Account Settings you can set your profile to community visible, limited, or private, and choose the display name other members see. You can change these at any time.
Email and newsletter
We send account emails such as verification and password resets. Marketing and newsletter emails are opt-in only, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.
Your data rights
You can edit your profile, deactivate your account, or delete it permanently from Account Settings. Deleting your account removes your profile and community presence.
